According to Apple, push notifications are delivered to their best ability. If you do not receive push notifications from Nyby, it might be due to some settings on your device. Here is a list of things you can do to make sure you receive push notifications

Make sure your device is connected to the internet

Push notifications demands that you are connected to the internet

  1. Check that your phone is connected to the internet

  2. Check that the phone is not in flight-mode

  3. Check that "Mobile data" is on

  4. If you are abroad, make sure "Data Roaming" is on. NB! Extra costs might apply

Update the software

  1. Update your device to the newest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software update

Check the settings on your device

  1. Check that the time and date on your device is correct

  2. Make sure you have allowed for push notifications. Go to Settings > scroll down to Nyby > Notifications > Allow notifications (Turn on Sounds, Badges, and When unlocked)

  3. Make sure you have turned notifications on in the app. Launch the Nyby app > Click on "Home" in the top-left corner > Settings > Notifications > Allow all notifications
