Add all new members automaticall to a sub-group

  1. Log onto admin.nyby.no

  2. Click "Settings" in the menu bar on the left

  3. Scroll down to "Automatically add new members to a sub-group", click on "+ Select sub-groups"

4. A pop-up with the list of all your sub-groups will appear. Choose the sub-group(s) you wish to add new members to, and click "Save" to save the changes

All new members will now be automatically added to the sub-group(s) you have chosen. If you wish to add or remove members from the sub-group(s) later you can do this by clicking "Member" and "Sub-groups". Read more about how to change sub-groups here.
